Sales Ambassador policy

No joining fee. Begin by introducing clients and growing your network.

• Register from age 16 with an ID, passport or asylum document.
• Have an email address, a WhatsApp-enabled smartphone, data, a bank account and a social media presence.
• Introduce friends and family who actively order monthly, and grow your client network.
• Earn a 20% discount on regular-priced product lines.
• Place and pay for orders within 48 hours.
• Share promotions and content on social media and WhatsApp.
• Connect with Brand Ambassadors for training and launches.

Minimum achievements
Achieve at least R2,500 in monthly sales.

Promotional items: the discount is 15% instead of 20%. All promotional and regular sales count towards the Brand Ambassador’s monthly commission.

Account activity: no activity for 90 days makes an account inactive. Accounts will be deactivated where necessary.

Brand Ambassador policy

• Earn a 20% discount on personal sales.
• Share the business opportunity with your networks; recruit and train Sales Ambassadors.
• Monitor sales performance and share content on social media.
• Grow your personal network of clients and potential Sales and Brand Ambassadors.
• Launch events in your geographic area to expand brand awareness.
• Earn monthly commission overrides according to the sales structure below.
• Commission overrides are paid in the first week of the following month, around the 7th.

Minimum achievements
Personal sales: R2,500 monthly.
Group sales: R10,000 monthly.
Team: at least 3 registered Sales Ambassadors.

Account activity: no activity for 90 days makes an account inactive. Accounts will be deactivated where necessary.

Senior Brand Ambassador policy

• Earn a 20% discount on personal sales.
• Introduce Sales Ambassadors to the Brand Ambassador earnings opportunity.
• Continue to support and train Sales and Brand Ambassadors.
• Monitor sales performance, share content on social media and grow your network of clients and potential ambassadors.
• Launch events in your geographic area to expand brand awareness.
• Earn monthly commission overrides according to the Brand Ambassador sales levels below.
• Earn a 4% monthly commission override on your personal Brand Ambassador team’s group sales.
• Senior Brand Ambassador commission is paid in the following month, around the 10th.

Minimum achievements
Personal sales: R2,500 monthly.
Group sales: R30,000 monthly.
Team: at least 3 registered Brand Ambassadors.

Account activity: no activity for 90 days makes an account inactive. Accounts will be deactivated where necessary.

Monthly sales structure

Sales Ambassadors receive a 20% discount on regular-priced items. Brand Ambassador monthly commission rates are based on these sales levels:

• R0–R9,999: 0%
• R10,000–R29,999: 12%
• R30,000–R49,999: 17%
• R50,000–R99,999: 20%
• R100,000–R199,999: 22%
• R200,000–R299,999: 24%
• R300,000 and above: 26%

A 4% monthly commission is paid to a Senior Brand Ambassador on their personal Brand Ambassadors’ group sales.

Promotional items earn a 15% discount instead of 20%. Both promotional and regular sales count towards the Brand Ambassador’s monthly commission. Miko & Anna offers enhanced incentives for partners within SADC countries.

Regional Brand Ambassador

The business roadmap includes a Regional Brand Ambassador role, with an additional earnings opportunity of 2% on downline group sales.

Progress from Senior Brand Ambassador as your downline develops a minimum of 3 new Brand Ambassadors. The progression illustration shows a personal team of 3 promoted Brand Ambassadors earning 4%, with each developing 3 downline Brand Ambassadors at 2%.
